Description:  L465 heads down the line in Madison's Isthmus. Just to the right of the tracks is the nearly-complete first phase of Madison's Central Park. Abandoned industrial lots gave way to what turned out to be a pretty nice space and the home of several large events this summer. The funny-looking building with the grass roof below the stacks and the Capitol building is the restroom facility for the park.
